30 g smoked ham (Speck) • 80 g mixed mushrooms (sliced and cooked in oil, parsley and garlic) • 1 tick slice polenta • 1 slice Montasio cheese • 1 knob butter • 1 bunch herbs (thyme, marjoram, chives, etc.)
Put a knob of butter in a non-stick pan and brown the slice of polenta on both sides.
Carefully spread over the slice of polenta the sliced speck,a portion of the herbs, the slice of cheese, mushrooms
and again a layer of the remaining herbs.
Pour over a little white wine and cover with a lid. The dish is ready in 2 to 3 minutes.
