200 g flour · 250 g fresh nettles ·2 eggs · 50 g fresh ricotta cheese · 50 g bread · 100 cl milk · nutmeg ·
200 g butter · 100 g smoked ricotta cheese
Boil the nettles in salted water, drain and liquidise. Add the egg, flour and ricotta cheese, a pinch of nutmeg and the bread that has previously been soaked in milk.
Season with salt and form small gnocchi with a spoon.
Cook in boiling water and as soon as they rise to the surface, remove and arrange them on a plate.
Garnish the gnocchi with melted butter and grated smoked ricotta cheese.
